What a guy!

I may complain that my husband is not the best at gift giving and that I never get flowers but when he does something like this last surprise he goes and totally redeems himself. I told him Saturday evening that I was still in shock that he was here, he stated, "I don't know why your so shocked cuz I'm ssssuuucccchhhhh a ROMANTIC!!!" We both laughed out loud, even made Cayden laugh! We had a wonderful time together. Just being together was great, having him to cuddle with through out the night, watching him & Cayden together was wonderful. Oh how I love him!

SURPRISE!!!!!

OMG!!! Did I say OMG!! I thought that I was going to have a quite weekend but was I wrong. Saturday morning we got up and went to get Cayden's pics taken at Portrait Innovations....things went ok but some advice; never arrive early! We were there 15 minutes early and they were late getting to us so by the time that they got to us Cayden was about done with the place so the pictures aren't as great as they should be. Back to the important part of the story...As we were finishing up I stood up and turned around and to my SURPRISE there was Cody. I started crying like a school girl, I think I almost passed out. I couldn't catch my breath, I just stood there in his arms and wouldn't let go. My sister & mom started tearing up and even the girl that was doing our photos-HA! I still can't believe that he is here. Guys are SOOO good at surprises, he didn't tell anyone! Little Stinker! Gotta LOVE him!

What handsome guys!!

I'm one lucky girl to be surrounded by such handsome guys! The boys had soooo much fun on the farm. Cody is so relaxed there and Cayden loves all the new things to explore, all the space, the chickens, the tractor, the dirt!!!! I just love watching my boys together and all of us spending some country time together. It is so nice to get away from the city, the phones, everyone & everything.

This picture was taken on Father's Day, June 2008. My sister, Sonya, bought cookies that looked like neckties & golf bags with fabulous colors and this is the result of ones of those. Cayden sure did enjoy Father's Day.....he got to get messy with cookies, played with the tissue paper from the presents, and LOVED Papa's card that played the theme music to the Indian Jones movies. He didn't leave that card alone for days.

Friday night was a blast! It is sooo cool to hang out with my little sister again. I miss her sooo much! We finally found 2 tables next to each other so that all of us 8 girls could sit together but when Chris Cagle came on stage the tables were meaningless. Sonya & I didn't sit down once after that. We were standing on the floor, probably 6-8 rows of people from the stage so needless to say it was a great view. It was sooo hot in there with all of those people & the smoke wasn't as bad as I thought it would be so that was good. Now that I am an old lady I went straight home & to bed.
Saturday Lynn & I went to Sonya's house and helped here organize her scrapbook room.....that girl has a ton of stuff! Cayden & Mom joined in for the fun but us 3 had to leave just after 3:30; I had Jeffier's birthday party to get to. It was nice to just hang out with her again. Then back home us girls stayed up till midnight scrapbooking.
Then Sunday Lynn & I went to Carlos O'Kelly's for lunch-YUMMY!!!! and then scrapbooked a little while before I pooped out. It was a good weekend and started with a BANG!
Here's to hoping for a good week.

COWBOYS R HOT!!!!!!

I am sooo excited.....tonight is the Chris Cagle concert. I am going with my little sister, Sonya, and a bunch of other girls-It's gonna be a girls night out. This is what my sis wanted to do for her birthday so I had to oblige. As if watching Chris is going to be hard!! The only down fall is that the facility is half smoking-YUCK! & I am 22 weeks pregnant so I am not very happy about that AT ALL! Almost more exciting than that is the fact that we are going to Carlos O' Kellys for dinner before-YUM!!
Atleast I get to start my weekend off with a bang!

It's a BOY!!!!

It's official! We didn't think that we were going to find out what the sex was during the beginning of the ultrasound, he had his butt in my belly button. Then toward the end of the ultrasound he decided to turn around and spread his legs wide open for the whole world to see so that there would be no mistake....I'M A BOY!!!!!!
